Chilling Out at Mill Wheel, Kepong..
This is an outdated post.. =P Was very busy doing last minute’s notes for my exams.. XD Me and my Sis drove all the way to Kepong looking for dessert on a hot and sunny day.. Actually we were there purposely finding for this shaved ice dessert shop called Mill Wheel (Pao Bing) which we saw in "One Day Five Meals".. Luckily it was not hard to find, located at one of the shoplots right opposite Jusco Kepong.. =)

Very easy to locate this two big cartoon heads.. =P

The place is quite obvious right? Striking green and yellow in color.. Too bad, the place is kind of small, it was nearly full house when I went and everyone was like cramping together.. The tables and chairs they use are like those we saw in the kindergardens.. =P Due to it’s a closed area, everyone’s voice tends to echo, therefore, the place was quite noisy.. Moreover, there were this huge group of adults sat at the table beside us, talking SOO loudly.. =.=" Spoiler…

Small right? I was sitting right at the corner.. So that’s it.. That’s the whole place..

Don’t pray pray oo.. Ho Chak visited them you know.. Such a small place but so powderful one~ =P
Ho Chak came before.. So no smoking and don’t bring outside food ok? XD

Okie okie.. Look at the menu.. The prices are reasonable, since everyone is talking about them.. The offer snow (flavoured shaved ice), snow cheese (Hmm? Nice de meh?), ice cake, ice pudding, and even snacks like toasts and garlic breads.. We were full, just need some refreshing shaved ice.. XD

One-page not so attractive menu…

Thus, I had the Chocolate Snow (RM4.90)~ I actually thought of choosing one of 20, 30 or 40.. But their portions are for 2, so I didn’t want to look so greedy.. So I sticked with the small little bowl of chocolate shaved ice… The ice itself already has chocolate flavour, made it very tasty and flavourful.. Felt like eating Cornetto Drumstick like that, with the chocolate drizzle and flakes they topped on it.. Fuuyoh… Really chilled me out on that d*** hot day… XD

Yummy, look at the photo already make me feel cool and…. hungry… XD

Look at how thin and soft the ice was shaved.. It’s thinner than the sand on a beach… Yummy… Got toothache after few bites.. Frozing, man!!! =D’

Chocolate shaved ice? or sand?

Sis had Watermelon Snow (RM4.90), told her to try snow cheese as I’m quite curious on how it would taste.. But she was very reluctant.. She saw the name already felt awkward.. Who want to volunteer to try out and tell me how it tastes? XD Anyway, the watermelon was great as well.. Tasted like….. you know those pink color watermelon flavoured bubblegums we used to eat when we were young (I’m young now anyway..) Tasted sort of that.. I personally think it was nicer than mine, since chocolate is a thick flavour for a shaved ice.. So watermelon definitely tasted lighter and more refreshing.. Came with some Nata De Coco (My favourite.. XD) and chocolate bites as well… =)

Watermelon Snow.. With artificial colouring.. =P

I think the place will be crowded all the time.. Due to their publicity and small area.. So do check it out when you feel dehydrated due to Mr.Sun’s charming shine~ =P
