炮兵 Mill Wheel is the 1st ice specialist cafe in Malaysia. Their very 1st outlet was in Metro Perdana, established since 2007. They really have lots of icy food, and all of them are so creative. Well, weather is getting really so hot lately and this would really be a nice place to hang out.
